HHYC Spring Fling Dinner

Come help us kick out winter and welcome in spring!

Cash Bar – 5:30 pm
Dinner – 7 pm
Appetizers Family Style – Henderson Greens, Traditional Bruschetta and Fried Meatballs or Pork Dumplings with sauce at each table
Entrée choices -
1) Braised Short Rib with mushrooms atop risotto
2) Eggplant Parmesan atop linguine
3) Chicken Breast stuffed with ham, swiss cheese and asparagus with lemon, white wine butter sauce and vegetable
4) Clams, mussels and shrimp in a light pesto sauce set atop linguine
with sundried tomatoes and artichoke hearts
Meal includes salad, coffee and dessert.
Cost is $30.00 per person to be paid at the door. Cash or check (HHYC).
