Annual Membership Meeting

The Annual Membership Meeting will be held at HHYC on Saturday September 20, 2025 at 2 pm, with the Harvest dinner to follow at 4 pm. Please register for the meeting if you are able to attend (either in person or via Zoom) so we can ensure we have a quorum. The zoom link will be provided prior to the meeting.  (Registration will be by individuals - to have an accurate number for the quorum, we ask that members not register as a couple. If you need help with this, contact Anne Jacobs at 315-382-6106 after Sept. 11.)

As with previous years, Board reports will be made available on the website for review one week prior to the meeting. Please make sure to review these to ensure efficient use of our meeting time. The only reports that will be printed for members will be the budget. (We will send a link to the Annual Meeting webpage.)

There is a proposal for a bylaws change in the description of two membership classes which is posted on the bulletin board in the club house.  Copies of this will also be made available.  The text for the Bylaws change can be reviewed here.
