1) Pesto Lasagna – Roasted Seasonal Vegetables with Parmesan Reggiano, Ricotta, and Red Wine Marinara Sauce
2) Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin – Bourbon Pecan Demi-Glace served with Sweet Potato Mash
3) Tuscan Stuffed Chicken- Roasted Chicken Breast Stuffed with Prosciutto, Mozzarella, Fresh Basil, and Oven-dried Tomato with a Red Wine Butter Sauce, Served with Parmesan Risotto.
All meals served with Baked Rolls and Butter – Market Vegetables – Coffee – Decaffeinated Coffee, Hot Tea
Salad – Mixed Baby Field Greens with House Vinaigrette
Dessert – Homemade Apple Crisp with Bourbon Caramel Sauce and Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Reservations will be monitored daily and you will be called for your menu choice.
We have also arranged for block of rooms for those members who might want to spend the night.

8. The Group Rate of $159 will appear for reservations. Guests must reserve the room with a credit card. A card will be authorized upon arrival for the full amount, plus incidentals and will not get charged until day of departure.
All rooms must be booked by April 23, 2021 to receive the discounted rate.
Guests can also call the hotel direct at (315) 298-3434 and give the agent the Group Code (HHYC).
Guest check-in is 3:00pm and guest check-out is 11:00am.
