Come and celebrate at our next Tuesday Night Dinner on June 9, when John Irwin will be serving his signature turkey breast and mashed potatoes..
No registration is required. The bar will open at 5:30 pm with dinner served at 6:30 pm.
Members are asked to bring a side dish, appetizer or dessert. Donation of $5/person will be collected by the bartender upon arrival. No charge for children under 10.
We are asking everyone to be aware of members' various food sensitivities/allergies and try to label their dishes accordingly (gluten-free, contains nuts, etc.).
We are grateful for the contributions of our hosts so please be sure to help out with clean up afterwards, dishes, tables, etc. It is much appreciated!
Recognizing the delicious dishes that our members prepare, we are continuing to work to put together a cookbook with all of our fabulous culinary delights - so bring a recipe with you - either the dish you are bringing or something else you'd like to share. Sales of the future cookbook will be used toward a club project as yet to be determined.

Our next Friday night dinner will be Friday, June 12th. Embellished catering will be serving chicken marsala, mashed potatoes, and glazed carrots. All dinners also include a tossed salad and rolls.
Dinner will be $24 per person for adults, $12 for children under 10.

HHYC BATTLE OF THE RED BLEND WINES
Saturday June 20TH at 4:30 at HHYC
The wine selected for this year, in honor of our country’s 250th anniversary, will be any RED BLEND from a vineyard in the USA for less than $25.00/bottle.
Rules are as follows:
· Get together your team of 2 people.
· This year you will choose any Red Blend (USA vineyard) wine with a price point under $25/bottle. Each team brings 2 bottles of the same Red Blend wine (1 for each team member). 2 bottles with the same label.
· Each team brings a simple appetizer to pass.
· One bottle of each team’s wine will be concealed and numbered, tasted by every participant, and scored by the team on a scale of 1-10. The second bottle is put aside as a prize for the winning team.
· Scores will be tallied and the team that brought the winning wine, with the highest score, will leave with all the 2nd bottles that have been put aside.

· Remember – teams of two each bringing two bottles of the SAME Red Blend (USA Vineyard) wine under $25/bottle.
